Job Description:

Assist the superior in Billings and oversee Contract, Rental and Purchasing units to achieve the required performance level and KPIs.
The position requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with subordinates, customers, operations staff, managers and vendors.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Functional line reporting to the SM3 HOD
  2. Provide leadership, management, enhance the operational procedures and effective oversight processes of the BU purchasing & billing, the BU Credit control & Collections and the BU Contract & Rental Asset administration.
  3. Responsible to ensure the correctness and completeness of billing, reporting and reconciliation are done in a timely manner.
  4. Must be energetic, self-motivated and results-driven with strong attention to details and deadlines.
  5. Able to undertake any special task/acting position and any other works assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/IT/Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar position and in IT/Equipment leasing industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
