Job Brief:
- Responsible for all matter pertaining to the contract administrative work
- Supervise Rental Asset Management staff and the Purchasing & Inventory staff
- Correspond with clients on all contractual matters
- Raise Internal Agreement with Strategic Partners
- Handle daily contract box filing, contract stamping, billing timetable update
- CTOS, Leasing Limit and Direct Debit administration
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for superior
