Job Brief:

  • Responsible for all matter pertaining to the contract administrative work
  • Supervise Rental Asset Management staff and the Purchasing & Inventory staff
  • Correspond with clients on all contractual matters
  • Raise Internal Agreement with Strategic Partners
  • Handle daily contract box filing, contract stamping, billing timetable update
  • CTOS, Leasing Limit and Direct Debit administration
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for superior

Job Summary:
