A new chapter begins for ICT Zone!
May 13th, 2025, marked the successful launch of our IPO Prospectus in conjunction with its transfer from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, at the Aurum Theatre, The TRX Exchange (Yes, we did it in a cinema!).
With ICT Zone’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) priced at RM0.20 per share to raise RM26.60 million. The listing is scheduled for 3 June 2025, with the IPO closing on 20 May and balloting on 22 May.
